Thanks for writing a review. We've had this jersey fabric for a long time. The "old" fabric you're thinking of is called just plain Classic in the product name. Silky Classic is close to Classic, but is lighter. Jersey and Brushed Jersey are even lighter - perfect for warm weather.

I have this top in several colors and fabrics from Vikki Vi. You can wear it alone or with a jacket. You can dress it up or down. I like the silky fabric for spring and summer. It fits perfectly. All Vikki Vi fabrics travel well and never wrinkle.
